Isabel Pereira & Catarina Soares are both Portuguese and have been living in Mexico for over 10 years, where they have become Doulas and Traditional Mexican Midwives and collaborate with different Mexican midwives and women´s health and rights associations. Isabel is also a mother and a psychologist and has dedicated a big part of her life to social projects involving Women. Catarina is a medical doctor, herbalist and temazcalera and has been involved with several activist associations, especially concerning the theme of Water.

We are both part of Tlalli Iyollo, a family and collective of midwives, artists, activists and therapists based in Mexico, opening spaces of transformation and reconnection in different parts of the world.
