I am a Somatic trauma  therapist, Herbalist, birth Doula, dance artist, ceremonialist, researcher and author.

I have been a bodyworker, ecologist, researcher of celtic- Iberian animism and archaic feminine medicinal and pagan practices for over two decades.

I am fascinated by ecosystems and the intricate connection between the body, the Psyche and Nature. 

I listen, witness, tend and care deeply for the wild landscapes of the Earth and of the soul, being a story Keeper in liminal places.

I am Portuguese and live in the most Western point of Europe, Sintra, between the mountain and the roaring sea.
